This is a really basic recipe for a kombucha slushy. You can experiment and play around with different flavours of kombucha (strawberry and ginger would work nicely) or you can use plain kombucha or even water kefir. We love these on hot afternoons.
Ingredients (makes 2)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup kombucha
1 tray ice cubes
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend/pulse until desired consistency is reached (this won't take long).
NOTES:
Try swapping the strawberries for blueberries, raspberries or mixed berries and jazz it up with a squeeze of lime and a handful of mint.
